Refund policy

Can I return the order?

Of course you can exchange and return your order (within 30 days). This also applies to sale items. We think it is important that you buy well-fitting shoes from us and that you can enjoy your purchase for a long time. If you decide to return your order, there are conditions attached:

  1. the shoes, belts and other products are unused and unworn, other than what is necessary for fitting.
  2. the shoes, belts and other products are - if possible - returned in the original, unwritten and undamaged packaging.
  3. You can return the products within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Only returns with a completed return form will be accepted. You can request the return form by email at info@h32sneakers.com. & m.alphan@melikshoes.com
  5. You can request a return label for PostNL by e-mail. Send your email to info@h32sneakers.com. & m.alphan@melikshoes.com
  6. If we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days. We are forced to charge €4.95 for the return shipment. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal (moment of dissolution). The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.

Need a size bigger or smaller

We recommend that you always wear well-fitting shoes. After all, this increases your wearing comfort and certainly also your wearing pleasure!

If your shoes do not fit properly, you can order the correct size via a new order. You return the shoes that are not the right size.

What is the return procedure?

The following is important for a quick and proper processing of your return:

  1. Always include a fully completed return form with your return shipment. You will find a copy of the return slip in the box. You have received the return form in the confirmation email of your order.
  2. Put the unused and undamaged products - if possible - in the original, unwritten and undamaged packaging.
  3. Preferably pack the return products in the outer box that you have received from us to prevent damage.
  4. Close the outer carton well with tape or adhesive tape.
  5. You can request a return label for PostNL by e-mail. Send your request to info@h32sneakers.com.
  6. Print out the return label and attach it to your own address in such a way that it is no longer legible.
  7. Deliver the package to a PostNL point. It only needs to be scanned, save your proof of shipping!

Are there any costs for returns?

If you wish to return your order, that is of course always possible. An amount of €4.95 is due for returning an order. This amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.

On request, you will receive a return label from PostNL by email. Paste this over your own address details and then offer the package to PostNL. Only the label needs to be scanned. You will receive proof of this. We advise you to keep this proof until the return has been processed.

Do I get my money back with a return?

Yes, of course! If you want to return the order, you will receive your money back at H32 Sneakers within 7 days after receipt of the return items. The costs of the return (€4.95) will be deducted from the purchase amount. You will therefore not receive a voucher or the like.
