To enjoy your purchase for a long time, it is important to take good care of your shoes.
- Always loosen the laces or fasteners before putting on or taking off your shoes.
- Use your hands to take off your shoes and never step on the heel. Use a shoehorn to put them on. This prevents the leather from tearing due to improper use and your shoes from breaking prematurely. This damage is not covered by any form of warranty !
- Let your brogues and especially smart leather and suede shoes breathe after wearing. Don't put them in the closet right away. You lose a lot of perspiration through your foot. It is better to change shoes regularly, this gives perspiration enough time to leave the shoe in a natural way.
- Use wooden shoe trees in your shoe immediately after wearing. The shoe is still warm and the leather and/or suede supple. The wooden shoe tree, which also absorbs perspiration, ensures that the shoe retains its shape well.
- Never place wet shoes on the radiator/heating. Fill them with newspaper or kitchen roll and let them dry at room temperature, in a well-ventilated area. Remove dirt with a dry brush before the dirt can dry.
- Suede shoes in particular, but also wedding and dance shoes require extra careful care. We advise you to spray the shoes with a protective shoe spray (nano protector) before wearing them. This not only keeps the shoes looking good for longer, but also gives them a protective layer against (weather) influences from outside.
- If you wear your shoes frequently, it is best to spray them regularly. First brush them with a special shoe brush. This also applies to leather men's shoes. A shoe cream in colour ensures that your leather shoes retain their colour. By applying transparent gel cream with a soft cloth, your shoes will regain their shine.
- Keep a stiff zipper running smoothly with candle wax or beeswax.
- Give your shoes a thorough polish once a week. Make sure the shoe polish penetrates the leather well. Brush in the lengthwise direction of the seams. Always use the prescribed products to clean your shoes.

We are launching three 'own' fashionable shoe brands on the market. The passion for making beautiful products is visible in every product. Price/quality is perfectly in proportion. Melik's passionate designs surprise every season and bear the telling Melik signature. The creative process already starts at the international leather fair in Italy, where Melik Alphan himself selects the most beautiful leather and suede materials. He finds inspiration for the stylish details at fairs and in the streets of the most vibrant fashion cities in the world.
We only use high-quality materials. Our specialty is hand-dyeing and finishing shoes. This is a laborious and meticulous process that makes each pair of shoes unique. This gives each pair of shoes its own look.

I ordered a pair of Giamo | Beige and was eagerly waiting for them to arrive. When I finally opened the box, I was thrilled to see that the color and design matched the description perfectly, just as shown on the website.
But the real surprise came when I put them on—the comfort of the inner sole and the softness of the upper leather made them an absolute joy to wear. I was so impressed that I wanted to order another pair, but unfortunately, my size (43) was no longer available. I’ll definitely keep checking the website for great deals and hope to add more pairs to my collection soon!
