When do I receive my order?
If you order on working days before 3 p.m. and pay for your order immediately, your package will be shipped the same day.
If you pay in advance by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after receipt of your payment. Please note that it can take a few days before your payment is credited to our account. We do reserve the items you have ordered for 7 working days.
One day before the delivery of your order, you will receive a "shipment notice" from us by e-mail so that you know exactly when your order will be delivered.
Time of delivery
The time cannot be specified in advance. Using the PostNL track & trace code, you can see in which time period you can expect the package. The track & trace code will be stated in the email you will receive as soon as the package has been handed over to the carrier.
What if I am not at home when the order is delivered?
It is possible that the carrier cannot deliver a package to a delivery address, for example because you are not at home. You will then receive a "Not At Home Message".
The "Not Home Message" indicates when the package will be offered to you again or where you can pick it up.
You will receive a message from Melik Shoes & Sneakers when your order has been shipped. This also contains the track & trace number of the package.
Shipping costs
Orders with an order value of more than €150 are shipped for free. If the order is less than €150, Post.nl will charge regular shipping costs.
Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?
Yes, that's possible.
With every order you can indicate to which address the order should be delivered. You may like to receive the package at your work address. You can record the different delivery addresses in My Account so that you can easily select them with your next order.
