Loosen the screw and remove the buckle from the belt, cut off the desired length (make sure you measure this well in advance so that the belt is definitely not too short!). Use special belt pliers to cut a hole in the shortened belt again and then put the buckle back on the belt. Sounds much more difficult than it is, you can easily do this job yourself, then you will have your own custom-made belt in no time.
